Do for 5 days right before bed.

Glass cup.

1 cup warm water.

Squeeze half lemon, never bottled.

1 tablespoon chia seeds.

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.

Let sit for 5 minutes room temperature until chia seeds are gel.

Consume and do not eat anything else before bed.
