Recipe
2 tablespoons Black Sesame Seeds (Dry fry them in a pan on low flame until you hear crackling sounds and place in a bowl).
Allow seeds to cool down.
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar (mix with cooled seeds).
Add 2 tablespoons Blackstrap Molasses.
Add 1 teaspoon Amla powder/Indian gooseberry.
Mix well.
Eat concoction in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast after a night of fasting.
