Pumpkin seed oil (1 tablespoon daily in the morning on an empty stomach preferably)
Blackseed oil (the cure for everything but death in ancient texts, 1 teaspoon am and pm)
Pomegranate seed oil (helps build testosterone) 1 teaspoon daily with a fatty meal
Evening primrose oil – 1000mg twice daily with morning and dinner
Rosemary oil – increases blood flow to the brain (mix 3-4 drops with a carrier oil and massage into temples and back of neck to help with mental clarity and focus throughout the day)
Frankincense oil – enhances male vitality (apply 2-3 drops with a carrier oil and rub on chests and wrists)
Sandalwood oil – helps with testosterone (2-3 drops with carrier oil and apply to your lower abdomen and thighs daily.)
Ylang ylang oil – creates nitric oxide to help with blood flow 2-3 drops with carrier oil and apply to wrists and behind your ears.
Pine needle oil – blood vessels open wider to allow more blood flow, allows lungs to better absorb oxygen 1-2 drops with a carrier oil and apply to chest and back daily
Vitality revival blend
Take equal parts pumpkin seed oil, pomegranate seed oil and sandalwood oil (about 10 drops of each)
Add 5 drops of Pine needle oil
Add 3 drops of ylang ylang oil
Mix these together with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Warm the mixture in warm water for two to three minutes
Mix and apply to body until complete absorption before bed every evening
