When Earthing or Grounding as some people call it, you want as much skin as possible to have direct contact with the Earth. I like to lay facing the sun. You can feel the current coming from the Earth over time, it feels wonderful. We are a battery and Earth charges us up over time, natural energy. No energy drinks needed. Spray this mixture so laying on the ground may be a bit more comfortable.

To use hydrogen peroxide as a bug repellent in the yard, mix 1 part hydrogen peroxide (3%) with 10 parts waterThis diluted solution can be used to spray plants and soil to potentially deter some insects, especially those that may be affected by fungal issues. For more concentrated treatments or to address specific infestations, you can use 1 part hydrogen peroxide to 2 parts water and spray on plants every 2-3 days until the infestation is gone.

Add 1 tablespoon of Borax to the solution to kill hookworms and eggs in the yard. It will also kill grubs and boost boron levels in the soil.
