Foods and vitamins to prevent brain shrinkage

Stop using metal spoons, order wood spoons from Etsy to measure and for consumption.
Food Sources
Vitamin B12: Use B12 powder that was created from fermentation. The only other source is animal products.
Vitamin D3: At least 1 hour of sunlight daily. Some mushrooms and algae contain D3. Lichen is a vegan form. You can find D3 in the leaves of potatoes and tomatoes.
Magnesium: Legumes and leafy green vegetables. I use a supplement from purebulk.com.
Omega-3’s: Fish. I use supplements from rositausa.com (Ratfish Liver Oil and Cod Liver Oil).
Choline: Shiitake mushrooms.
Vitamin K2: Fermented soybeans (Natto), sauerkraut.
This is not a complete list. Do a search for each vitamin to find foods you like to consume.
