Stop sitting. Squat instead to replace all sitting activities. It is much more commonly used in other countries and has many health benefits. I will list them soon. Sitting has no health benefits except feeling rested, but causes damage over time to the body.
Squat while your watching television.
Squat while surfing the web.
Squat while your gaming.
Squat to rest outside.
You will no longer need furniture to sit on once you fully convert to squatting for all sitting activities. It is something I am currently working on.
