Why aren’t Reptilians on the surface in their natural form?

They could easily farm us like pigs through indoctrination. If we are batteries and siphoned for energy through suffering and if pigs used to be a self-aware human race and we know they suffer tremendously through commercial farming, then why aren’t we farmed and stuffed in cages to suffer?
They need us in our current form because we create all of the suffering for them. We do all of the work. They are very intelligent.
