Alcohol and its detrimental effects on the heart

Alcohol can have a detrimental impact on your heart and blood vessels (formally known as your cardiovascular system). People who drink alcohol should be aware that the effects of alcohol on the heart can vary depending on different factors but can include coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, hypertension, arrythmias, and stroke.
It’s legal for a reason. It’s poison that kills you over time as “THEY” profit from your prolonged death. Doctors and even more doctor’s appointment. More and more pills until you die. A form of long-term genocide in a way, but no one forces you to pick up that first drink. One is too many, a thousand will never be enough.
