Cloudbusters

In the 1800s, people were experimenting with Cloudbusters. They are sophisticated arrays of hollow copper tubes designed to act as conduits for atmospheric energy. They worked through the manipulation of orgone or etheric energy. When you ground the device, a vacuum is created for the energy holding the clouds together.
The copper acted as a lightning rod for non-electric energy, pulling it down from the sky.
Without that energetic glue, clouds would dissipate in minutes, leaving behind perfectly clear, blue skies.
This device was banned and scrubbed from mainstream history.
In the 1950s, this technology was rediscovered. Wilhelm Reich created a Cloudbuster device which manipulated orgone energy in the atmosphere. He made orgone devices to heal people which were banned by the FDA which ultimately led to his imprisonment. He died in prison at the age of 60 in 1957.
