Phosphorus needs to be consumed daily to remineralize tooth enamel and create dense, thick bone structures

One pound of T-bone steak contains approximately 850 mg to 950 mg of phosphorus. All humans should follow the carnivore diet once they are weaned from their mother to meet daily phosphorus needs. Eating steaks throughout the day and staying full and active in the sun is optimal.
The following is a chart I found with daily recommendations, but I recommend consuming much higher levels to become bigger and bigger over the generations and to only consume red meat from clean animals that only consume greens.
I don’t believe they make a processed steak baby food, but I don’t recommend processed food anyway. You could experiment with blending steak meat, fat and gristle into a mush for your carnivore baby until they can devour steaks on their own by hand. Do not let small children handle knives, we let them eat steak like true carnivores. It is fun for them and nutritious. We then have a screaming contest afterwards and the winner is the one who sounds the scariest like a roaring lion.
