Eat more steaks, live longer

The food pyramid is a scam so you die on time and stay sick for profit. Don’t worry, this world is going away.
The carnivore diet reduces carbohydrate intake to essentially zero, it usually forces the liver to burn fat and produce ketones for energy—a metabolic state known as ketosis.
What is ketosis?
Ketosis is a metabolic state where your body primarily burns fat for fuel instead of glucose (sugar). It happens when carbohydrate intake is very low, forcing the liver to convert stored fat into molecules called ketones, which the brain and muscles then use for energy. This will help burn fat from a fatty liver.
You may wonder how we may get glucose for organ function then?
The carnivore diet does provide glucose, but your body creates it internally rather than getting it from food. Because the diet contains almost no carbohydrates, the liver uses a metabolic process called gluconeogenesis to convert non-carbohydrate sources (like protein and fat) into the exact amount of glucose your organs need.
As your body shifts to burning fat, it becomes highly efficient at processing the primary components of a ketogenic diet—fat and protein. Because a ketogenic diet eliminates most carbohydrates, which ferment and linger in the gut, a primarily meat-based meal leaves the stomach feeling lighter.
