Content Starts What is lacking in the carnivore diet?

Daily diet: Red meat, red potatoes, magnesium glycinate, msm, nac, glycine, sea moss, kelp, ratfish liver oil, krill oil, vitamin d3 with k2, shilajit resin, nattokinase nsk-sd, colloidal copper, colloidal gold.

Need to do: Purchase colloidal silver and nebulizer to clear lungs of all pollutants and to promote regeneration.

Remaining nutrients after adding beef liver and bone broth.

If you ate:

2–3 pounds of beef daily
4–8 ounces of beef liver weekly
Bone broth regularly

The nutrients I would still watch most closely would be:

Manganese (eggshells, pineapple, berries)
Potassium (banana peels, bananas, red potatoes, avocados, tomatoes, and other fruit)
Vitamin C (orange peels, acerola cherries, guavas, kiwi, papaya, strawberries, oranges)

Calcium (eggshells)

Calcium is the hardest one for me because I don’t like leafy greens and I do not eat fish anymore. I discovered with the help of AI that one eggshell provides enough calcium for the day. I plan to purchase local eggs from the feed store and feed the yolk and albumen to my plants and I will then consume said eggshell that most people throw away. LOL! Here is a recipe so you can prepare eggshell supplements to place in a capsule. BOOM! It turns out, we don’t have to eat greens after all! YES! I KNEW IT WAS POSSIBLE! GREENS ARE SO GROSS!

How to Make Eggshell Powder

Boil: Place clean eggshells in boiling water for 10-15 minutes to sterilize them and kill any bacteria.

Dry: Drain and spread the shells on a baking sheet.

Bake at 200 °F for about 30 minutes until they are bone-dry and brittle.

Grind: Process the dry shells in a coffee grinder, food processor, or with a mortar and pestle until they form a very fine, chalky powder.
